Kathleen grew up in the historic Beverly Hills/Morgan Park neighborhood.  After a short stint teaching, Kathleen moved to the Printers Row neighborhood at the height of its transformation. Having lived and worked in the south loop for the past twenty plus years, Kathleen has successfully marketed and leased historic properties for rent and has successfully managed all aspects of exclusive sales and marketing for various developer related projects including: University Village/ Ivy Hall, 15^th Street Lofts, Beverly Place, and Harrison Street Lofts. 

MAUREEN E. RYAN, Consultant

Having recently joined the sales team at Opera REALTY, Maureen has enjoyed a successful  career in sales, marketing, consulting, corporate negotiations and product development. Her business experience in the field of licensing, brand and product development has brought many worldwide travel opportunities.

Maureen recently served as the Executive Director of the Barat Education Foundation and currently is on the Board of Directors.  She was recently nominated to serve a two-year term as Vice President of AASH (Associated Alumnae and Alumni of the Sacred Heart) a national board with over 55,000 members throughout the United States.  In her spare time, Maureen’s three favorite passions are gardening, genealogy research and golf.  Maureen joined the Chicago Women’s District Golf Association Board in 2006 and currently serves as Handicap Chair for the South district.
